Creative Process
Each photograph captured initiates from a concept rooted in memory and experience. It unfolds through a blend of technical exploration and spontaneous creativity. The process typically commences with capturing compositions that evoke a distinct mood, characterized by the interplay of shapes and colors. Essential to this endeavor are adjustments in lighting and manipulation of color contrasts, serving as the foundation for storytelling within the image.
With the foundational mood established, the photography process transitions into the execution phase, where maneuvering cameras such as Canon EOS 200D and iPhone 14 come into place. This stage often entails experimentation, adapting to the prevailing conditions, and evolving vision. Once images are captured, the creative journey extends into post-processing, where tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom come into play to refine the desired aesthetic. Techniques encompass adjusting exposure, contrast, and color balance while applying imaginative effects to evoke the intended atmosphere.
Most photographs taken are inspired by color blocks, textures, and center focuses, which help build the narrative in each frame. One of the captivating shots took place in Hakone, Japan, where the nuances were distinct and rich in color. It emphasizes symmetrical premises, which highlights the rawness of nature and material. Other clear-cut areas, such as Akihabara, also displayed different nuances as they brought up retrospective ambiances. 38 Goods is an emerging online bakery startup located in Bandung, Indonesia. The company specializes in a wide range of baked goods, offering a distinctive blend of Asian and Western-style home cooking.
My Contributions
This project encompassed art direction and photo editing, delving into minimalist styling with a strong emphasis on the symmetrical elements and imperfections found in food. Prop arrangement and editing were integral parts of the photography process. All images in this project were captured using a Canon EOS 200D and refined through post-production editing in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Fresh Trash is an academic research led by the Craft and Tradition Research Group at Institut Teknologi Bandung. The project aims to showcase the possibilities of upcycling discarded food waste.
My Contributions
Art direction and photo editing played a large role in depicting the research's recognition of sustainability through diverse visual representations. Factors like props, compositions, lighting, and post-production editing were meticulously integrated into the production process. All images were shot with a Canon EOS 200D and enhanced using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
